Ingredients
- 3 liters apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 orange (s)
- Clove
- 500 ml whiskey

- Put apple juice in a large saucepan. Cut oranges into approx. 1-2 cm thick slices and place a clove in each slice.
- Add oranges, cinnamon sticks, honey and vanilla sugar to the apple juice and heat slowly. Not cook! Stir every now and then so that a homogeneous liquid is created.
- When the punch is nice and hot, turn off the stove and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
- Pour approx. 6 cl whiskey into a cup and fill up with the apple juice punch. I thought the mix was so very good.
- I took a middle class blend (scotch). I recommend choosing one with a caramel note. Depending on your taste, you can also use bourbon.
