First peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Then beat the eggs with the sugar and salt in a bowl until frothy. Add the whiskey and stir the batter until smooth. Then add the margarine, flour and baking powder. Be careful not to form lumps. Finally fold the apples into the batter.
