Mix all ingredients, except for the meat, to a paste. Pour 6 tablespoon of this into a bowl for dipping.
Cut the meat into thin strips and place them in waves on oiled wooden skewers, brush them with the remaining marinade and marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
Then grill for 3 minutes per side and serve with the remaining paste.
Alternative:
Rice as a side dish: then at least twice as much paste.
