Instructions
Chop the cucumber and place in a bowl. Peel and chop the egg and add to the bowl. Now add the other ingredients, mix everything together well and season to taste as required. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for half an hour before consumption.
Goes well with fried fish with boiled potatoes.
