Instructions
Finely chop the mint, lemon balm and herbs and add to the quark with the pressed garlic clove and mix well. If the mass is too firm, add a little milk. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
This sauce can also be made a day in advance.
It goes very well with grilled lamb
