Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 2 leaves peppermint
  • 2 lemon balm leaves
  • Herbs, (thyme, rosemary, sage)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the mint, lemon balm and herbs and add to the quark with the pressed garlic clove and mix well. If the mass is too firm, add a little milk. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. This sauce can also be made a day in advance.
  3. It goes very well with grilled lamb
