Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Cut the meat into strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat in it. Season with salt and pepper. Remove.
  3. Sauté the onion in the frying oil. Add the sauerkraut and ajvar. Season with salt and pepper and stew for approx. 15 minutes. Add the meat to the sauerkraut.
  4. Wash and finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the pan.
  5. Spaetzle go well with it.
