Strain or squeeze out the sauerkraut, collect the juice, chop the sauerkraut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add 30 g of ginger, finely chopped, as well as leek, ground pepper and ground lentils. Mix together, if it gets too dry, add the strained sauerkraut juice.
Shape 4 patties with wet hands, fry well in hot oil over reduced heat, approx. 6-8 minutes per side.
