Sauerkraut Pot with Smoked Pork

Instructions
Dice the smoked pork and fry in a little oil. Dice an onion and let it sweat briefly. Then add the sauerkraut, tomato paste and broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for about 1 hour.
You can also freeze the sauerkraut pot well.
We eat potatoes with it.
