Melt the butter in the water, dissolve the yeast in it, mix with the flour and milk, add the salt and knead everything into a yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Then knead the jerky meat, onions and sauerkraut into the dough.
Shape the dough into a roll and cut it into 12 pieces. Shape the pieces into rolls and place in a greased springform pan. Let rise for another 20 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
