Instructions
Bring the vinegar, rapeseed oil and sugar to the boil and allow to cool.
Clean the peppers and peel the onions. Cut both into small cubes and add to the drained sauerkraut. Fold in the drained pineapple and pour the dressing over it.
This salad still tastes wonderful the next day.
