Instructions

  1. Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Squeeze the sauerkraut very dry and mix with the sour cream, Gouda cheese, bacon and the egg. Cut the chives into rolls and mix in. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry and smooth it out. Bake in a hot oven at 220 degrees (gas 4, convection 200 degrees and 15-20 min), on the second rack from the bottom for 20-25 min until golden brown.
