Dice the onions, carrots and potatoes. Put the sausages, the pork belly and the savory in a large soup pot with the meat stock. Let cook for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the leek into thin rings, wash off nicely and add to the soup about 10 minutes before the end of the 30-minute cooking time. Finally, add the glass of cutting beans and liquid to the soup, warm them up briefly and season with pepper.
