Cut the Debrecziner and Vienna sausages into slices. Dice the shallot, clove of garlic and red pepper.
Then fry the Debrecziner and Vienna sausages as desired. Add the shallot, garlic and bell pepper and fry briefly. Stir in the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with the tomatoes, broth and cream and let it boil down. Season if you like.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the goulash.
