Cut the wiener sausages into slices and fry them in a little oil. Cut the peppers and onions into cubes. Take the sausages out of the pot and set aside. Now steam the chopped vegetables for 10 minutes. Briefly sweat the tomato paste, add the pizza tomatoes, stock, cream and spices. Now simmer in an open pot for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, thicken as desired with a little sauce thickener.
