Ingredients
- 400 g sausaes, (Viennese sausaes)
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 3 bell peppers, mixed colors
- 1 can tomato (s), (pizza tomato) 425ml
- 750 ml meat stock
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste, concentrated 3 times
- 150 ml cream, or Cremefine for cooking
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 3 teaspoon, heaped sugar
- some pepper
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
- some sauce thickener
- some oil

- Cut the wiener sausages into slices and fry them in a little oil. Cut the peppers and onions into cubes. Take the sausages out of the pot and set aside. Now steam the chopped vegetables for 10 minutes. Briefly sweat the tomato paste, add the pizza tomatoes, stock, cream and spices. Now simmer in an open pot for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, thicken as desired with a little sauce thickener.
- Serve with potatoes, pasta or rice.
