Clean the peppers and mushrooms and cut into small pieces, chop the onion.
Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a large saucepan in olive oil (other oils are also possible). Add paprika, mushrooms, onions and pressed garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the tomato paste. Then add the croissant noodles and simmer for 25 minutes over low heat. Add pepper, salt and paprika as desired.
