Cut the meat sausage deeply at intervals of 1 cm, place the ring on a prepared baking sheet. Cut the cheese into as many slices as there are cuts in the sausage. Brush the sausage with the mustard and place the cheese slices in the incisions. Brush the sausage and cheese with oil and cook in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
