Unusual breakfast – fried sausages in a ruddy cheese-potato “coat”. Quite simple products, a little time to prepare – and an appetizing, hearty and incredibly tasty dish is already on the table!

Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater, sprinkle with salt, stir and let drain in a sieve for 5 minutes.
Remove sausages from packaging and cut in half lengthwise.
Heat oil in a pan and fry sausages over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Squeeze excess liquid from the grated potatoes. Place half in the pan and spread into a thin layer.
Pour half the egg mixture over the potatoes. Fry over low heat for about 5 minutes until set and golden on the bottom.
Place 2 cheese slices and 1 sausage on the potato pancake and roll up using a spatula.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, egg mixture, cheese and sausage. Serve hot.
