There are a lot of sausage recipes in the dough. But I like this recipe more than others. Yeast dough, but it is very quick and easy to prepare. Sausages in such a dough can be baked in the oven or fried in oil (I will show both options). This recipe always turns out delicious.

Sausages – 15 pcs.
Flour – 600 g (approximately! It may take more, depends on flour)
Mix flour with yeast, add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
Leave the yeast dough on the table for 40-50 minutes under a towel.
Wrap sausages in dough.
Leave the sausages in the yeast dough for 20 minutes. Then brush with an egg and place in a preheated oven. Bake sausages in dough at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Sausages in dough can be fried in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
