Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onion into small cubes
  2. Mix the minced meat with the herbs, onion, egg and breadcrumbs and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Shape the minced meat mixture into marble-sized balls, heat the herb butter or olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meatballs and let them cool (or eat them immediately!).
  3. The meatballs are suitable as a starter.
