Ingredients
- 250 g minced meat, (mixed)
- 1 small spring onion (s)
- pepper
- salt
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (better: /2 dried, ground bread roll)
- Herb butter or olive oil

- Cut the spring onion into small cubes
- Mix the minced meat with the herbs, onion, egg and breadcrumbs and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Shape the minced meat mixture into marble-sized balls, heat the herb butter or olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meatballs and let them cool (or eat them immediately!).
- The meatballs are suitable as a starter.
