Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled flour
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g butter
  • 6 medium egg (s)
  • 300 ml mineral water
  • 200 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 some chives
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrot. Chop the parsley and chives. Mix the flour, butter, quark, Gouda, eggs, onion, carrot, parsley, chives, paprika, baking powder, salt and pepper together. Finally add the mineral water. Put a ladle each in the hot waffle iron and bake.
  2. Goes well with a green salad.
