Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat, half and half
- 1 bunch spring onion (s) or 2 onions, chopped
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Oil (e.g. olive oil or safflower oil)

- Mix the ingredients with a fork to form a firm dough. Add garlic to taste or, if you don`t like it at all, leave it out. I usually take 4 big toes. In the hot fat from the dough in a coated pan that has been rubbed with high-quality oil, fry about 20 meatballs and, if you want to eat low-carb, eat as much salad or vegetables as you like.
- These meatballs are also delicious when cold.
