Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 ml water
- 1 cube yeast
- 250 g onion (s)
- 250 g bacon
- 250 g sauerkraut

- Knead the flour with the yeast and water. Finally add a pinch of salt, knead well and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled its volume.
- Finely chop the onions, dice the bacon and cut the sauerkraut a little smaller. Knead these ingredients thoroughly into the yeast dough.
- Form small rolls and bake for about ½ hour at 200 ° C.
- If you like, you can also add grated cheese or fried onions.
