- 250 g mararine
- 250 g cheese, rated or rainy cream cheese
- 300 grams flour
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- sesame
- Caraway seed

- Margarine, cheese, e.g., grated Gouda cheese or drained grainy cream cheese, the flour, the egg, the salt and the baking powder mix well, roll out approx. 1 cm thick, cut out round shapes with a small glass, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk, Sprinkle with sesame seeds or caraway seeds and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden.
- The pogacice taste best fresh and go very well with the herb quark dip and wine.
- These pogacice can also be mixed with fresh herbs or tomato paste for a nice splash of color.
