Finely chop the olives, walnuts and red pepper. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Weigh out the flour and mix together with baking soda, baking powder, rosemary and oregano. Whisk the eggs and mix with the yogurt and oil.
Then fold the flour mixture into the egg, oil and yogurt mixture. Carefully stir in olives, walnuts, feta cheese and paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like, refine the mixture with chopped chives or - if you like it a bit spicier - with some very finely chopped chili.
Pour the mixture into muffin cups / muffin tin. A tablespoon of dough rises very fluffy in a hollow. Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes.
Tip: The muffins are great as a snack between meals, as finger food at a party or as a full meal together with a salad of your choice.
