Instructions
Fry the tofu, onion, garlic, and cashew in a large pan or wok. Clean the savoy cabbage, cut into small pieces and also fry. Add coconut milk and cook everything on a low heat until the savoy cabbage is soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Rice is best served as a side dish.
