- 1 savoy cabbage
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 800 ml coconut milk
- Tofu, diced
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cashew nuts

- Fry the tofu, onion, garlic, and cashew in a large pan or wok. Clean the savoy cabbage, cut into small pieces and also fry. Add coconut milk and cook everything on a low heat until the savoy cabbage is soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Rice is best served as a side dish.
