Instructions

1. Fry the mince in a large roasting pan with a lid in the heated oil.
2. Take out and sauté the onions and half of the bacon. Add rice, sweat, deglaze with 1 liter of water and the instant stock. Add the mince and cover with the savoy cabbage cut into wide strips. Do not (!) Stir in, otherwise the rice will not cook evenly.
