- 1 kg savoy cabbage
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 400 g pork meat
- 300 g lon rain rice
- 1 liter water

- Fry the mince in a large roasting pan with a lid in the heated oil.
- Take out and sauté the onions and half of the bacon. Add rice, sweat, deglaze with 1 liter of water and the instant stock. Add the mince and cover with the savoy cabbage cut into wide strips. Do not (!) Stir in, otherwise the rice will not cook evenly.
- Cover everything in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat on the bottom rack for 30 minutes. Remove, stir, season to taste, cover with the remaining bacon in slices and cook uncovered for another 30 minutes.
