Instructions

  1. Cut out the stalk of the cabbage. Let the cabbage boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Then peel off the leaves. Finely dice the onions and sauté. Soak and squeeze the rolls. Make a meat dough from minced meat, rolls, egg, onions and spices. Dice the bacon, leave it in a large saucepan and distribute evenly on the bottom of the saucepan. Now alternately layer the cabbage leaves and minced meat. Pour in the broth and let the minced savoy cabbage pot stew over a low flame for 1 hour.
  2. This goes well with mashed potatoes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
