Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and roughly chop the savoy cabbage and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, then drain.
  2. Dice the onion and sauté in butter, add the drained savoy cabbage, stir in the cream and season with the spices.
  3. Halve the chestnuts, fry them in the melted butter and pour over the savoy cabbage.
