- 500 g savoy cabbae
- Water, for boiling
- Sea salt, for cooking
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 50 ml cream, (vegan or animal)

- nutmeg
- 200 g chestnut (s), pre-cooked
- 2 tablespoon butter

- Clean, wash and roughly chop the savoy cabbage and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, then drain.
- Dice the onion and sauté in butter, add the drained savoy cabbage, stir in the cream and season with the spices.
- Halve the chestnuts, fry them in the melted butter and pour over the savoy cabbage.
