Cut or slice the savoy cabbage into strips. Mix the coconut milk with the curry paste in a saucepan until smooth. Then add the savoy cabbage, stir and bring to a low boil. Then simmer gently at a low temperature with the lid closed until the desired firmness is reached. Stir occasionally. Finally, you can add salt as you like.
You can eat the savoy cabbage as a side dish or, like me, as a main course.
