Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into slices and wash. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage and cut into strips.
  2. Simmer leek and savoy cabbage with broth and cream in a pressure cooker for about 8 minutes, evaporate, puree and season to taste. Serve hot in plates.
  3. Tip: You can sauté or fry the leek beforehand, if you like.
