Mix the cream cheese and the processed cheese with the olive oil until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add the salad herbs and squeeze the garlic into the mixture. Add the herbs and spices and mix everything together. Mix in a smooth cream by adding the milk.
If caviar paste is available (available from Scandinavian retailers or online), use a little less salt and instead add two teaspoons of the paste to the dip.
It goes well with bread, especially in combination with fish or grilled meat. It also tastes good with tortilla chips.
