Season the meat on both sides with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Beat 1 egg and work with 1 corner of cream cheese to a creamy mass. If desired, add finely chopped herbs to the mixture.
First turn the meat on both sides in flour, then pull it through the egg and cheese mixture and finally bread it with panko. Heat the frying fat in a pan and fry the meat until crispy on both sides.
French fries, fried potatoes, vegetables and salad go well with it.
