Instructions

  1. Halve the schnitzel and season, place in the baking dish and top with pineapple and mushrooms. Prepare a sauce from the remaining ingredients and pour over the schnitzel.
  2. Bake at 200 degrees (Celsius) for one hour, serve with rice.
  3. Tip: You can also replace the pineapple slices with canned peaches.
