Wash and dry the zucchini and grate finely on the vegetable grater. Rinse the pork schnitzel with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Preheat the oven to 200 °.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on each side over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper.
Place the schnitzel in an ovenproof dish. Crumble the feta, mix with the zucchini rasps and the bruschetta spread, add a little salt and pepper if necessary and spread on the schnitzel. Bake them in a hot oven (fan oven 180 °) for about 20 minutes.
