Instructions

  1. Chop up the cornflakes, otherwise the crust won`t be as nice.
  2. Season the schnitzel and bread one after the other in the flour, egg and corn flakes. Press down the cornflakes firmly. Then fry in plenty of oil in a hot pan over medium heat on both sides until golden yellow and crispy.
