Fry the onion and apple cubes as well as the garlic cloves in hot clarified butter. Remove the pan from the heat, season with curry powder and paprika powder and deglaze with the broth. Put the pan back on the stove and stir in the crème fraiche.
Cut the turkey or veal schnitzel into fine strips. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a second pan. Put the fried strips in the curry-cream sauce.
Ribbon noodles and green salad go well as side dishes.
