Add flour, sugar, oil, baking powder, eggs and pineapple juice one after the other. Transfer to a large bowl with a lid. Then shake everything vigorously. Place on a greased baking sheet. Spread the pineapple on top. (1 cup-250ml.) If you have other fruit, add milk instead of pineapple juice.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while it is still warm.
