Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onions. Leave out some margarine or butter in a pan, add the ham and fry.
  2. Add the potato noodles and fry. When the noodles begin to brown, add the onions and continue frying until the noodles are crispy.
  3. Finally add the grated cheese and fold in until it has melted. Salad tastes good with it.
