Cook the princess beans in boiling water for approx. 5 minutes.
Dice the ham and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the noodles and fry them with the ham for 5-8 minutes until the noodles turn golden yellow. Add the green beans. Now pour in 1/8 l meat stock and thicken with crème fraiche as desired. Season to taste. Finally, place the cheese slices on top until they run. Serve immediately.
