Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, add the buttermilk and butter and work with a dough hook into a smooth dough for about 5 minutes. Knead the dough briefly again on a lightly floured work surface and shape into an approx. 25 cm long snake. The dough should be slightly sticky. With a sharp knife cut into 10-12 pieces, place on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush with the mixture of egg yolk and buttermilk.
  2. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees top / bottom heat (165 degrees hot air) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
