Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes as boiled potatoes as usual.
  2. In the meantime, fry the bacon and onion cubes. Deglaze the now cooked potatoes with a little cooking water. So much so that a nice sauce is created. Season well with salt (careful, as the bacon is already salty), pepper and some ground caraway seeds.
  3. Drain the potatoes completely and mix them with the bacon and onion sauce.
  4. Meatballs also taste particularly good.
