Peel the onion and chop it into large pieces. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk the eggs with the milk or cream in a bowl. Then season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and chives.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the diced vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour the egg mixture over it and let stand for another 5 minutes over low heat while stirring. Season again with salt and pepper.
