Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the cream until stiff too. Whisk the egg yolks and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the cream and fold in the egg whites.
  2. Heat the fat in a large pan and pour in the mixture. Let the scrambled eggs set a little and stir.
  3. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
