- Fry the meat loaf with the onions. Whisk eggs with milk and pour over the meat loaf. Fry well, like scrambled eggs.
- Put 2 slices of bread on each plate (possibly buttered) and distribute the egg mixture evenly on top.
- Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and distribute on top.
- If you like, you can add remoulade, but the seasoning is enough.
