Instructions

  1. Fry the meat loaf with the onions. Whisk eggs with milk and pour over the meat loaf. Fry well, like scrambled eggs.
  2. Put 2 slices of bread on each plate (possibly buttered) and distribute the egg mixture evenly on top.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and distribute on top.
  4. If you like, you can add remoulade, but the seasoning is enough.
